At Sateen, we stand behind our products 100%. We strive to satisfy our customers by providing the highest quality fabrics, but from time to time defects in fabrics may be found. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered. If the fabric you have purchased has a defect, you can send it back to us within 30 days from your original invoice date and receive a full refund on fabric and shipping. We will be unable to issue any type of refund after our 30-day guarantee has expired.
