While printed labels are generally inexpensive, they have several disadvantages that make them suitable for only a handful of uses. One of the main complaints about this type of labels is that they fade rapidly as they come in contact with skin oils and then washing detergents. Another complaint is fraying of the label. These problems reduce branding aspect of your product and makes label dull and ineffective.
Another option is woven label.
While being more expensive, this type of label will wear beautifully and look great for a very long time.
We offer two types of high density woven labels - Text Only label and Artwork/Logo label.
As a base material we use Damask. Damask is a premium quality material with high thread count and professional appearance. It is soft and pliable and most commonly used. There are main 14 colours to choose from ( pictured below ) including metallic silver and metallic gold, or if you have something specific in mind we offer 1000 shades of yarn. Please specify Pantone or PMS colour numbers while ordering, otherwise the colours will be matched to the best of our abilities.
Same rules apply to Artwork/Logo embroidery. You can choose up to 8 colours for the Artwork/Logo label.
We offer three types of folds for your labels, please refer to the image below.

The order will have to be paid in full before work on your label commences.
On all labels the proof will be emailed to you for confirmation, turnaround time is 25 days from the date of confirmation.
Text Only labels specifications:
Any free font can be used, click here to see fonts to choose from. If font is not specified, Arial will be used by default.
You can fit up to 30 characters per line ( including spaces and punctuation ), up to 3 lines.
Width of the label can be between 10mm and 38mm.
Please choose one colour each for base of your label and the text.
200 Text Only labels cost $180 including postage anywhere in New Zealand, GST included.

Please attach the artwork/logo file in following formats: .bmp ( preferred ), .jpg or .pdf.
You have a choice of up to 8 colours for your label.
The width of the label can be between 10mm and 38mm.
The length of the label can be between 30mm and 100mm.
